Get excited for something tangibly new and tasty by way of Best Quality Daughter. The popular pop-up concept from the chefs behind Tenko Ramen now has a permanent, pretty-pink home at the Pearl. Prepare to gawk as you step through four distinct dining rooms loosely based around the concept of the “Four Symbols” that appear in Chinese constellations. Pair menu items like Thai curry babaganoush, twice baked bananas and mochi gnocchi, below, with cocktails like the Drinking Alone With The Moon while waxing poetic about the oh-so-spirited wallpaper.
This place delivers.
